We will continue with our second unit this week. Biographies will be handed out and brainstorming will be completed today. Don’t forget we will be working on speeches as well.
Special Day Essays are due at the end of class today. You have been working hard on these, and I know they will be great.
For the next two weeks we will be working on nouns and verbs. We will be doing some fun activities with them and we will have a quiz on Thursday, 10/29
After our study of nouns and verbs, we will be working on Narrative writing. All students will be writing a creative story in class.
We will be rotating reading classes Monday 10/5.
We will be having selling quiz every Friday so study hard.
Don’t forget to rewrite your “Special Day” essays to improve your grade. You will get your essays back this week and will have until Friday October 2 to turn them in with your original rough draft to recieve a credit.
